The Challenge:

Our Solution:

The Solution algorithms was run to mimic a process of natural selection over a period of 6 months. Based on the algorithm outputs, the following was derived; the optimal location for factories, the range of products that is most efficient to be produced at each point in relation to the aforementioned customers and suppliers, and produced a report to allow for an easy decision-making process to aid the business in their continual improvement.

The Benefits:

Estimated cost savings amounted to 50 million euros through optimal factory locations, where products should be produced and which customers should be dealing with which distribution point
